This large suburban property was purpose built into thoughtfully appointed rooms. Twenty-five rooms are situated around King and Queen Courtyards. Various options of rooms include a family room, a wheelchair friendly and also self-catering rooms.
Private entrances, covered veranda with outside seating and onsite parking, ensure that guests can enjoy their stay in comfort.
AnnVilla is a memorable, elegant, and highly upmarket Guest House developed from a large historical house restored and reconstructed to excellent standards.
The same details of the main house circa the 1930s with wooden floors and pressed ceilings was carried through during construction.

Expect quality King and Queen sizes beds all in extra length, covered with percale linen.
Rooms are generously appointed with quality accessories and attractively presented hospitality trays including cafetière, home-baked rusks, a thoughtful hospitality box and fridge.

King's Rooms
Our most spacious room situated in King’s Court.
Enjoy a king sized bed (2mx2m) or we can fit the room with 2 single beds if required.

A lovely room situated in Queen’s Court with a Queen sized bed.

We also have a self-catering / long-term stay option.
Self-Catering Rooms
Equipped with self-catering capacity, the rooms are spacious and fitted with a Queen sized bed.
These rooms are well suited to guests staying a little longer.
Family Room
A spacious room fitted with a queen sized bed and two single beds.
There are also two separate bathrooms.
UAS Room
Our Universal Access Standard room is fully equipped as a wheel-chair friendly room including bigger doors and a seat in the shower.

Breakfast & Dining Room
Breakfast:
A generous breakfast buffet is offered weekdays from 7 am – 9 am and 8 am – 10 am on weekends.
An express breakfast is available for early risers per prior arrangement. Provided inside room fridges for your convenience.
Dinner:
Served in summer and spring from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm and 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm during winter. Pre-bookings of dinner before 1 pm daily is essential or may not be possible thereafter.
*Deviations from these serving times only by prior arrangement.

Terms & Conditions
- The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
- Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
- If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving. - The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
- The property must not inflate the price before the 15% is applied. Prices displayed should be the rack rate. (The official or advertised price of a room).
- The property must honour any bookings made while the property was participating as a $elect Stays property.
- The property must honour the agreement and the spirit in which the initiative is designed to benefit local tourism.
