Acorn Lodge offers clean and affordable bed and breakfast accommodation in Potchefstroom, and is centrally located close to the North-West University and a mall.
Acorn Lodge offers 18 large clean rooms each with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms are furnished to standard with touches of modern flair. Each room has a television set and is also provided with a coffee and tea station.
Breakfast, lunch packs or dinner is available on request. The breakfast area is available for you to enjoy a hearty breakfast or a relaxing cup of tea or coffee.
Secure parking is provided in front of the lodge which includes electric fencing around the property. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Standard Double Rooms:
Our Standard Double rooms can accommodate up to 2 guests and it is equipped with en-suite shower or bath tub, towels, tea and coffee, TV and free access to WiFi.
Comfort Twin Room:
Our Comfort Twin room can accommodate up to 2 guests and it is equipped with en-suite shower, two single beds, towels, tea and coffee, TV, soap, shampoo, bottled water, bar fridge and free access to WiFi.
Standard Twin Room:
Our Standard Twin room can accommodate up to 2 guests and it is equipped with en-suite shower, two single beds, towels, tea and coffee, TV, bar fridge and free access to WiFi.
Triple Room:
Our Triple room can accommodate up to 3 guests and it is equipped with en-suite shower, three single beds, towels, tea and coffee, TV and free access to WiFi. Beds can be arranged as per your preference.
Comfort Single Room:
ur Comfort Single room can accommodate up to 1 guest and it is equipped with en-suite shower, one single bed, towels, tea and coffee, TV, soap, shampoo, bottled water, bar fridge and free access to WiFi.
Standard Single Room:

Terms & Conditions
- The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
- Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
- If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving. - The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
- The property must not inflate the price before the 15% is applied. Prices displayed should be the rack rate. (The official or advertised price of a room).
- The property must honour any bookings made while the property was participating as a $elect Stays property.
- The property must honour the agreement and the spirit in which the initiative is designed to benefit local tourism.
